Rosie speaks to Robert Chevara, director of a rare production of Tennessee Williams’ In the Bar of a Tokyo Hotel at Charing Cross Theatre running until 14 May. Writer Clayton Littlewood reports back from the previous evening’s press night and joins them in conversation about this lesser-known Williams piece.
Rosie also hears from artist and illustrator Jane Moore, who talks about her Sketch a Day project and the Winter Pride Art Awards. In 2014 Jane drew a sketch every single day for a year. The project was featured at the awards and at an exhibition in Hackney Wick in early 2015. This year, she’ll be offering free life drawing classes during the Winter Pride Exhibition which runs from 15 -23 April.
Writer and DJ Stewart Who reviews Above The Stag’s new production Haram Iran.
